Firstly, this luggage transport service is subject to request. Once we have checked the request against our criteria, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the price or the unfeasibility of the service.

• This service is only for the coastal or central Portuguese Way of St James
• From Lisbon to Oporto on the Way of St James. To continue from Porto to Santiago de Compostela you must place a second order
• If you have another itinerary in mainland Portugal you can request a quote here

We accept travel luggage with maximum dimensions of 80 x 50 x 30 cm, allowing for slight variations, as long as the sum of the three sides does not exceed 160 cm and the maximum weight is 20 kg.

• We collect luggage from 8am and deliver it by 5pm.
• Luggage must be in hotels or accommodation with car access to the door, with reception or easy access to codes.
• We do not accept luggage in accommodation on flats or in historic areas without car access.
• We do not allow loose luggage, bags or rucksacks tied to luggage, as these items can get lost or make packing difficult.

Please note: If the luggage is of a different size, you must request a new quote. Luggage outside the agreed dimensions may affect the type of transport on the day, and if we are not informed, we may not be able to carry out the transport.
