Wear the Bicycle Helmet for your safety when cycling. For added protection in the event of an accident.

The use of a cycling helmet is not compulsory in Portugal for cycling. But we do advise its use, mainly on off-road trails.

The rental helmets are washed and sanitized after each use by the client. You can use as extra protection flaps or caps. You can find them in our shop, as long as they are in stock.

This is a question that is often asked. The helmet is recommended for all those who use a bicycle. Under the highway code, it is compulsory for anyone who rides a motorised bicycle. However, for your own safety, we always recommend that you wear a helmet to ensure your protection.
