Meanwhile, just prepare your backpack for pickup from 8:00 a.m.; delivery takes place until 5:00 p.m.

To continue from Porto to Santiago de Compostela, you must place a second order.

Accepted conditions and dimensions
To ensure safe and efficient transport, we accept backpacks or suitcases up to 60 × 40 × 30 cm, allowing small variations.
The total of all sides must not exceed 130 cm, and the maximum weight is 15 kg.
The luggage must be:
- In accommodations with direct vehicle access to the door;
- Delivered at the reception or in a place with access code;
- Prepared and labeled before pickup.
Avoid sending loose bags or backpacks tied to other items, as they make handling difficult.
If the dimensions or weight exceed the limit, transport may become unfeasible.
Therefore, it is important to inform any exception at the time of booking.
