Turisbike offers an operational hire service. For those looking to use a pedal-powered vehicle such as a bicycle. This is for a period longer than one month, with a minimum of two months and a maximum of 12 months.

The operational leasing of vehicles (AOV) ou Renting existente no caso do automóvel. When you rent a car, you are contracting a service for use over a certain period of time and not purchasing the vehicle.

When you take out a leasing contract, you pay a single fixed monthly fee which includes a vehicle, in this case a bicycle, with regular maintenance and assistance, such as tyre replacement, in accordance with the terms of the contract, as well as other additional services such as extras.

For Operational Bicycle Hire, an application must be made by the applicant via the online shop.

First of all you just need to add the AOB product/service to a Pre-Order. Then to analyse and check the availability of the bike for the service.

You don’t have to pay for your order this way. In short, it should close as a PRE-RESERVE.

This service is only available to bidders with a Portuguese citizen’s card and resident in Portugal.

As this is primarily a limited-stock and available service, approval must be carried out manually.

This amount is refunded at the end of the contract of use, with the return of the vehicle, in accordance with the conditions of the contract.

This service requires a deposit which varies according to the vehicle to be hired and is specified on the purchase order.

Monthly rent or cost: calculated according to the type of vehicle and the estimated value of the agreed maintenance, depending on the order placed by the applicant. So all extra services, even mandatory ones like preventive maintenance, are paid for every 2 months of the contract. Failure to comply with this clause may terminate the contract and you will be obliged to return the vehicle to the shop, without reimbursement of the deposit, for non-compliance with the contract.

This is a one-off hire and only one per person holding an order.

The holder must register as a Customer and their details must be kept up to date and whenever there is a change of address or contact telephone number. The account holder must update their account directly and send the documents proving the change by email.
