Bike travel assistance service

If you’re on the road and your bike has broken down and you don’t know how to fix it. You can call our roadside assistance service. We will carry out the repair on site.

Depending on the type of fault, if it’s necessary to collect it to the workshop. This service is only available on public roads with car access. It is not performed on trails or hills without car access.

You can choose to receive a replacement bicycle. To continue your journey to the next stage. The bike model available is mountain bike and without electric assistance.

Or you can choose to have the bike and people transferred to the shop or other location. If you are more than one person and bicycle you must indicate the amount to be transported.

Important note:

• Open the support request process.
• After receiving the email confirming your request for assistance, we will proceed accordingly.
• You will receive a second email with a quote for the distance and services required.
• If you agree, please reply to the email that you want to pay by credit card.
  This quote only includes the services requested, the travel and repair on site.
• Replacement material is not included. Only on site we know if you have to replace material. In this case you will be informed of the value of the material that must be paid at the time.
• The response time to arrive on site will always depend on availability at the time. You will be informed of the estimated time of arrival.

Refunds only:

• If our service can not be provided in the area where it is requested.
• If our response to your request by email is more than 1 hour after the request.
